10 Minutes

Motionless like a photograph.
For ten minutes do not shift body weight or move eyes-transfix, only breath.

A photograph is a moment in time captured.

Time always moves forward.
Time is a component quantity of various measurements used to sequence events, to compare the duration of events or the intervals between them, and to quantify rates of change of quantities in material reality or in the conscious experience.

Shutter. Aperture. Depth.
It takes a perfect equation of time, light, and perception of depth to make a photograph. The shutter measures the time light will be allowed enter the lens. The faster the shutter, the less time is documented, the slower the shutter, the more time can be viewed. Aperture controls the amount of light allowed to be captured, and the way the light is compressed determines the depth that will be perceived in the photograph.

The ISO is only the sensitivity of the trap that snared the evidence.

Time is a construct of human perception.
