Set in the hills of the Ozarks during Covid19, the film offers a poetic exploration of fear, innocence, imagination, and isolation during the time of Covid -19. Like most of Wilson's previous films, /nôrˈmalədē/ is moody, slow-moving with no dialogue; instead, Wilson utilizes centuries-old compositional devices and lighting techniques to create visual storytelling.
